Responsibilities and Duties * Perform back-office credit management tasks, including: * + Updating and maintaining customer credit limits; + Managing and organizing documentation required for credit granting or renewal; + Collecting financial and registration information (balance sheets, income statements, proof of payment, etc.); + Sending and tracking formal requests to customers. * Conduct external credit inquiries via systems such as Serasa Experian * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments, including: * + Sales + Billing + Legal (when necessary), ensuring alignment and compliance with the company’s credit policy. * Support reporting and KPIs by assisting in the development of portfolio performance indicators, alerts, and risk assessments. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, Financial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in credit analysis, collections, or accounts receivable; * Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools (Excel or equivalent); * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus); * Strong communication skills with both customers and internal departments; * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile. 2512250202491884437
