For the **Accounting Analyst** position, we seek an analytical, organized, detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for the company’s accounting routines. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform accounting entries and monthly/annual financial statement closing; * Execute periodic and routine accounting reconciliations; * Record and manage credit card invoices payable; * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax obligations; * Support external audits by providing documents and information; * Assist in calculating direct and indirect taxes, ensuring accurate fiscal bookkeeping and proper reflection in accounting records; * Collaborate with other departments to improve accounting and finance processes. * Bank and financial investment closings; * Fixed asset control; * Income Statement (DRE) analysis; * Preparation and submission of ancillary tax obligations (ECD and ECF); * Horizontal and vertical financial analyses; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed degree in **Accounting Sciences** * Innovative mindset and interest in automating and optimizing routines; * Energy and motivation to propose improvements and bring new ideas; * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Disciplined in deadline management. * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience with accounting routines, reconciliations, and closings; * Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communicator **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Sankhya system **Additional Information** **Benefits of Being an Onflyer: ** * Amazing office! \- Fully in-person role, Monday to Friday * Flexible meal allowance: R$35 (no 6% deduction); * Flexible transportation allowance (no 6% deduction); * Unimed Health Plan — no co-payment and no monthly fee for the Onflyer (covered by us :D); * Dental Plan (monthly fee discount) * Pharmacy discount; * No dress code; * Online psychotherapy benefit (Vittude); * Gym benefits!
