Everyone is welcome!** **\#JoinEuro \#WeAreEurofarma \#EurofarmaGroup** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key day-to-day activities for this position:** * Adjust resources according to production demand and operational priorities * Ensure proper use of equipment, PPEs, and cleaning products * Safeguard employee safety and integrity of production environments * Serve as liaison between the cleaning team and departments such as Production, Quality, Occupational Safety, Maintenance, and Engineering * Align expectations and resolve operational demands * Identify opportunities for improvement in cleaning and sanitization processes * Propose corrective and preventive actions * Supervise team indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, performance, among others * Supervise adherence to cleaning and sanitization schedules * Ensure compliance with internal and external audits * Guarantee reduction of non-conformities related to cleaning * Team development and retention * Optimize costs related to cleaning materials and products * Ensure zero-accident targets for cleaning-related activities * Supervise the team, promoting technical and behavioral development while ensuring correct execution of operational procedures. * Monitor adherence to cleaning and sanitization schedules, adjusting resources according to production demand and operational priorities. * Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational discipline among team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals meeting the following criteria:** * Completed undergraduate degree: Administration or related fields; * Postgraduate degree: People Management or Project Management (preferred); * 8 years of experience in this role and leading large teams; * Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * ERP SAP knowledge (preferred) * Leadership, communication, focus, conflict resolution, sense of urgency, diligence, and ownership mindset. **Additional Information** **At Eurofarma, we value and support our people throughout their entire journey!
