Job Summary: Responsible for preparing food and meals according to recipes, ensuring quality in presentation, aroma, and flavor of dishes, while managing inventory control and kitchen organization. Preparation and plating of standard dishes Preparation of food and meals according to predetermined recipes, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction through quality in presentation, aroma, and flavor of dishes. * Manages all raw materials and ingredients used in the kitchen, as well as equipment and utensils, ensuring no item is missing for menu dish production. * Sets up and inspects all workstations (preparation areas), guaranteeing proper preparation and storage of ingredients to prevent shortages during operations. * Participates in pre-preparation by calculating and planning daily production and other daily requirements. * Performs cooking (thermal processing) and plating of items served in the establishment, ensuring full compliance with established standards. * Checks daily the expiration dates of stored and handled products, keeping them fresh and properly labeled and identified. * Completes reports and checklists for their area and submits them to the Head Chef. * Assists in organizing and cleaning the workplace, facilitating the start of work the following day. * Performs other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Schedule** * **08:20 AM to 4:20 PM (with 1-hour break) – 6-day workweek, 1-day rest** **4:20 PM to 12:20 AM (with 1-hour break) – 6-day workweek, 1-day rest** BENEFITS * - Gympass (wellhub) * - On-site meals * - Transportation allowance * - Health insurance * - Life insurance * - Full SESC membership * - Benefits club * - Psychological support Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$3.500,00 - R$3.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Italian cuisine (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
