Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining internal and external areas, equipment maintenance, space organization, and cleaning supply inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Perform cleaning and maintenance of various company areas. 2. Keep equipment and spaces organized. 3. Work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Cleaning and Maintenance: Carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks in the company's internal and external areas, including restrooms, gymnasium, and common areas. Equipment Maintenance: Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Organization: Ensure spaces are orderly and in good condition for use. Supply Control: Monitor cleaning supply stock levels and request replenishment when necessary. Safety: Follow all established safety regulations and work procedures. Requirements: Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance is preferred but not mandatory. Good physical stamina and skills to perform cleaning tasks.
