Position: Real Estate Inspector Description: We are seeking a Real Estate Inspector to join our team. The professional will be responsible for conducting property inspections, identifying potential structural, electrical, and plumbing issues, preparing technical reports, and ensuring the quality of performed inspections. Responsibilities: * Conduct property inspections as required by the company. * Identify and report structural, electrical, and plumbing issues. * Prepare detailed technical reports of conducted inspections. * Ensure the quality and accuracy of information recorded in reports. * Maintain efficient communication with the team and managers. Requirements: * Completed high school education * Valid driver's license \- Category A * Ability to identify and report problems clearly and objectively. * Skill in preparing accurate technical reports. * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Technical or higher education degree in civil construction, civil engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in real estate inspections will be considered a plus. * Knowledge of technical standards for inspections and civil construction.
