Job Summary: This professional will provide support to users of the Totvs RM ERP system, test routines, create reports, configure modules, and accompany and train users. Key Highlights: 1. IT user support, primarily for the Totvs RM ERP system 2. Report creation and configuration of Totvs RM modules 3. User training and guidance to optimize usage of the Totvs RM system **Responsibilities:** Provide support to users across various departments served by IT systems, especially the Totvs RM ERP system. Test new routines and updates. Create reports and appropriately configure necessary Totvs RM ERP modules and tools to ensure proper updates and operational conditions. Accompany, train, and guide users and departmental representatives served by the Totvs RM system to achieve optimal results in using these tools. **Requirements:** Experience with SQL databases, knowledge of the Totvs RM ERP system and report generation within it, and strong aptitude for user-facing technical support and assistance. Teamwork, good communication skills, and a problem-solving focus complete the profile.
