Our purpose is to drive access to clean and renewable energy in a simple, digital way—generating positive impact for our customers, employees, and the planet. **Your main responsibilities:** * Map and model business processes using BPMN 2\.0 notation * Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements together with business areas * Translate business needs into clear specifications for the development team * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in current processes * Keep process and requirements documentation always up-to-date and accessible * Support the product team in creating User Stories and acceptance criteria **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Information Technology, Production Engineering, or related fields * Proficiency in BPMN methodology—you can model, review, and explain a flow independently * Experience with Bizagi Modeler and/or Microsoft Visio * Ability to autonomously gather requirements, conducting interviews and workshops with business areas **Nice-to-have:** * Experience in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) * Experience in the energy or utilities sector **What we offer:** * Hybrid work model * PJ employment contract
