Job Summary: The Senior Planning Analyst will strategically engage in the planning and control of engineering, industrial automation, and technical solution projects, ensuring predictability and efficiency. Serve as the technical reference and liaison between management and involved departments MPA is seeking a Senior Planning Analyst to strategically engage in the planning and control of engineering, industrial automation, and technical solution projects, ensuring predictability, efficiency, and on-time delivery. This position is critical to project success, responsible for integrating departments, generating data intelligence, and supporting strategic decision-making. **Your Role in the Team** You will be responsible for structuring, monitoring, and optimizing project planning, serving as the technical reference and liaison between management and involved departments, ensuring alignment, control, and a systemic operational view. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, update, and manage project schedules, defining milestones, baseline, and critical path * Monitor physical and financial project progress using the S-Curve * Track performance indicators (schedule, cost, and revenue), consolidating analyses and forecasts * Support data-driven and managerial-reporting-based decision-making * Facilitate integration among Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Contracts departments * Identify project risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities * Propose and monitor corrective and preventive actions * Ensure activity alignment and anticipate impacts * Contribute to the evolution and standardization of planning processes * Act as the focal point between Management and the Planning team **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Production, or related fields * Proven experience in project planning and control, preferably in industrial environments * Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools * Advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of Power BI * Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK or equivalent) **Desired Profile** * Analytical mindset with strong data orientation * Organized and detail-oriented * Systemic vision and strategic thinking * Proactive with a sense of urgency * Strong communication and cross-departmental integration skills * Autonomous with influence capability **Benefits** * Meal allowance of BRL 20.00 per business day (flexible Flash card) * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance (flexible Flash card) * Snacks provided by the company (morning and afternoon) * Nationwide SulAmérica Health Insurance Plan – no co-payment * Porto Seguro Dental Insurance Plan – no co-payment * Discounts at educational institutions * Birthday day off * Career development plan * TotalPass * Profit-sharing bonus
