Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Labor Lawyer to represent clients' interests in advisory and contentious labor matters. Key Highlights: 1. Interest in technical and professional growth Position: Junior Labor Lawyer **Location:** Barro Preto \- Belo Horizonte/MG **Employment Type:** Freelance/Contract \- On-site **Law Firm:** Ivana Mara Advogados About the Position: We are looking for a Junior Labor Lawyer to join our team, focusing on representing clients' interests in labor, advisory, and contentious matters. We seek a proactive, organized professional with interest in technical and professional growth. Main Responsibilities: * Drafting procedural documents (petitions, defenses, appeals, and general submissions); * Monitoring labor proceedings (PJe); * Participation in hearings (initial and evidentiary); * Document analysis and preparation of procedural reports; * Client consultations for information gathering and strategic alignment; * Support in labor advisory matters. Requirements: * Law degree with active OAB registration; * Prior experience (including internships) in labor law; * Knowledge of labor procedure and courtroom practice; * Familiarity with systems such as PJe and e\-SAJ; * Strong legal writing skills and analytical ability. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience conducting hearings; * Postgraduate studies in Labor Law or Labor Procedure (in progress or completed); * Experience working at law firms.
