Valuing communication, organization, and commitment \-**Position**: Building Maintenance Assistant. \-**Responsibilities**: The professional is responsible for performing building maintenance services, including basic electrical work, basic plumbing, masonry, and carpentry—such as lamp replacement, faucet repair, minor door and wall repairs, technical cleaning, painting, and gardening. This professional will work at both of our company's locations: in Contagem (Cidade Industrial) and in Belo Horizonte (Estoril neighborhood, upper section of Av.
