Company with a diversified mineral portfolio We seek exploration technicians to assist geology teams in executing topographic, geochemical, geophysical, and drilling activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring technical activities are carried out according to the schedule defined by the geology team, Meeting deadlines for defined targets, Ensuring activity quality, supporting field auxiliary team management and contracted services, as well as liaising with surface rights holders. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION:** Technical Degree in Mining **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 5 years in the ferrous sector with relevant projects **KNOWLEDGE:** Sampling techniques; Surveying techniques; Warehouse routine procedures; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Campaign (20x10\) **We are a Brazilian company engaged in mineral exploration, development, and operation.** With 18 years of experience, we currently operate across all regions of Brazil, maintaining a diversified portfolio covering a wide range of minerals, including iron ore, gold, nickel, rare earths, phosphate, and limestone. Our projects span all stages of the mineral lifecycle—from greenfield exploration through to operations—and we employ over 2,100 professionals nationwide, all committed to our mission. Currently, we operate three iron ore mines in Minas Gerais: Baratinha and Mongais Mines—both part of the Baratinha Complex—and Pedra Branca Mine. Our first iron ore operation, Baratinha Mine in the Steel Valley, commenced operations in 2014 and features a wet processing plant with an annual capacity of 2.5 million tons. In 2024, the Mongais Project entered operation with a dry processing capacity of 1.5 million tons per year, increasing the total Baratinha Complex capacity to 4.0 million tons per year. In João Monlevade and Itabira (MG), the Pedra Branca Project began operations in Q3 2025\. The project holds 130 million tons of resources, including 33 million tons of high-grade material, and is expected to reach full-capacity production of 2.0 million tons per year, exclusively via dry processing. Additionally, Bemisa operates a pilot-scale gold project in Pará State, located in Água Azul do Norte near the Carajás polymetallic district. Developed from the greenfield stage, this project does not use tailings dams for waste disposal and employs predominantly local labor.
