Cut, clean, debone, and prepare meats according to customer specifications. Grind meat for production of hamburgers, sausages, and other products. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the butcher shop, ensuring food safety. Serve and assist customers in selecting cuts of meat and meat products. Previous experience as a Meat Cutter, Refrigeration Technician, Butcher Shop Operator, or Butcher Shop Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
