Join a multinational environment, working on high-complexity projects and contributing to the development of innovative solutions for the automotive sector. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform meshing and structural simulations using HyperMesh and Abaqus (FEM). Develop, integrate, and validate engineering solutions according to technical and quality requirements. Define work plans for mesh construction and CAE calculations in collaboration with teams in Brazil and Italy. Serve as the technical interface among engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, customers, and global teams. Support product development, validation, and continuous improvement—from prototypes to production vehicles. Define technical architectures and propose solutions aligned with performance, cost, and industrial feasibility requirements. Promote technological innovation and continuous product improvement. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. **Requirements:** ----------------- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Production Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in CAE/FEM simulations, preferably in the automotive industry. Intermediate English (mandatory). Experience in a multinational environment is a plus. **Essential Technical Knowledge** Automotive product development and validation. Advanced HyperMesh (pre-processing). Advanced Abaqus (FEM calculation). Project Management Processes (GPD or similar). Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable Knowledge:** HyperWorks. CATIA. Teamcenter (PLM). Project Management. Development of defense vehicle products. Active CREA registration. Basic Italian and/or Spanish. Driver's license category B, D, or E.
