The professional will be responsible for controlling, verifying, and processing company payments, ensuring adherence to deadlines, financial organization, and compliance with tax and banking information. The role involves supplier relationship management, financial reconciliations, and support for financial and accounting closing activities. **Key Responsibilities** Ensure all company payments are executed accurately and within established deadlines. * + Monitor and track financial obligations with suppliers, taxes, contracts, and operational expenses. + Verify tax and financial documents to prevent discrepancies and erroneous payments. + Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in the company's system. + Perform bank reconciliations and support cash flow control. + Ensure compliance with internal standards, financial policies, and legal requirements. + Interact with suppliers and internal departments to resolve outstanding financial issues. + Support audits and financial and accounting closing processes. + Contribute to reducing delays, penalties, and interest through efficient accounts payable management. + Seek improvements in financial processes to increase operational efficiency and security. Requirements * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in **Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**. * Experience in the finance area, particularly in **accounts receivable**. * Knowledge of **bank reconciliation and receipt control**. * Proficiency in **Excel** or spreadsheet tools.
