Assertive communication skills to integrate technical and commercial teams ### **Description** The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the customer's commercial lifecycle according to the following stages: Initial Budgeting: Cost estimation and pricing based on the customer's initial demand. TR Analysis: Receiving and technically interpreting the Terms of Reference (TR) submitted by the customer. Proposal Development: Preparing the final Technical-Commercial Proposal, ensuring full compliance with the TR and the validated budget. Consumption Interface (Internal): Collaborating with the monitoring team to collect service usage data after contract execution. Reporting and Billing: Consolidating collected data into consumption reports and delivering them to the "Commercial Area" to support the billing process… ### **Responsibilities** Analytical and Business Profile: Unlike administrative support, this role requires the ability to "translate" technical requirements into financial feasibility and contractual compliance. Assertive and Mediating Communication (Primary Soft Skill): Essential skill to bridge the technical team (monitoring) and the commercial team, ensuring consumption information reaches billing accurately and without distortion. Technical Experience: Hands-on experience in pre-sales, analysis of tenders/TRs, and proposal development within the Google ecosystem (Workspace/Cloud). Data Proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for generating and auditing consumption reports. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
