Working at one of the leading medical supply distribution companies in Brazil. **Position:** Tax and Accounting Assistant I **Work Mode:** 100% On-site **Employment Type:** CLT **Location:** Paraíso District – Belo Horizonte/MG **Salary:** R$3\.500,00 Main responsibilities: * Support calculation of municipal, state, and federal taxes; * Verify incoming, outgoing, and service invoices to ensure correct taxation; * Assist in filing ancillary obligations, such as SPED, DCTF, and tax declarations; * Perform tax reconciliations and support monthly closing; * Monitor tax and departmental obligation due dates; * Assist in updating tax registries and fiscal configurations; * Provide support for administrative routines within the tax department; * Track changes in tax legislation with team support.
