All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities * Monitor and analyze productivity and performance indicators of tanker truck operations. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes, proposing and tracking action plans. * Conduct time and motion studies to optimize routes, operational cycles, and equipment utilization. * Track KPIs such as availability, utilization, productivity, fuel consumption, cycle time, and adherence to planning. * Support operational leaders in standardizing processes and implementing best practices. * Prepare managerial reports, dashboards, and performance presentations to support decision-making. * Participate in operational meetings, monitor performance deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Lead root cause analyses and track the effectiveness of implemented actions. * Support continuous improvement projects, productivity enhancement, and reduction of operational costs. Mandatory Requirements * Technical or undergraduate degree in Mining, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Business Process Management, Highway Engineering, or related fields. * Experience with operational performance and productivity indicators. * Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, conditional functions, data processing, charts, and spreadsheet automation). * Experience preparing reports and performing data analysis. * Driver’s license Category B. * Willingness to work on-site in the Nova Lima/MG region. **Requirements and Qualifications** Desirable Requirements * Experience in mining, earthmoving, infrastructure, or logistics operations. * Knowledge of Power BI. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean, Kaizen, 5W2H, MASP). * Familiarity with fleet management and telematics systems. * Knowledge of equipment-specific productivity indicators, cycle time, and physical availability.
