Join us! **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assign tasks to the team according to the weekly schedule issued by supervision; * Implement activity and service planning and scheduling, sizing resources (labor, equipment, materials) to meet contractual scope; * Understand and communicate internal company procedures to subordinates, ensuring compliance and proposing process improvements; * Direct operational resources to optimally meet customer needs and company goals; * Monitor the execution of Service Orders (SOs), ensuring deadlines are met as previously established, and promptly reporting any detected difficulties to the immediate supervisor for timely resolution; * Use and ensure team members’ use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), per work instructions and/or occupational safety guidelines; * Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and products, and that they remain available in usable condition for task execution; * Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) with the team daily, in accordance with Occupational Safety guidelines; * Monitor service execution in high-risk areas, reporting any anomalies to supervision and occupational safety technicians for appropriate action; * Operate platforms in performing assigned tasks; * Perform work at heights and in confined spaces; * Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with Quality, Safety, and other performance indicators; * Adhere to audit and safety schedules; * Safeguard company and client assets; * Perform other related duties inherent to the position; Prepare materials for feeding production lines, organize service areas, supply production lines, feed machines, and sort materials for reuse. **BASIC REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Technical education preferred **Experience:** Minimum 4 years preferred **Language:** Not required **Systems and Tools:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree Desired fields of study: Business Administration, Bachelor’s degree
