Job Summary: Manage IT projects by applying methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile, monitoring KPIs, optimizing timelines, and ensuring compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of project timelines and risk management. **Job Description:** Apply project management methodologies, such as the PMBOK Guide, Agile, Lean, and Proactive Management, as required by the project. Monitor, analyze, and report project performance indicators. Ensure schedule management by analyzing critical paths and seeking timeline optimization. Evaluate, together with the IT coordination and/or Senior Analyst, whether projects have adequate resources. Manage project implementation timelines, budgets, and associated risks. Ensure scope management, maintaining alignment with stakeholders' expectations. Develop and execute the project communication plan, involving all stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date performance reports, ensuring project quality and compliance. Work continuously to improve project management in collaboration with IT coordination and/or Senior Project Analyst. Collect and implement lessons learned. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment of projects. Support the implementation process of new projects and ideas. Assess project risks, ensuring their mitigation or elimination. Lead executive meetings with support from IT management. Participate in internal and external audits, providing information and clarifying doubts to prevent non-conformities. Ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to local regulations. Systematically evaluate market technologies applicable to the area of responsibility, proposing projects aligned with UAUIngleza’s strategic plan. Monitor and ensure IT project compliance with standards and regulations established by the company and regulatory authorities. Implement IT governance processes to manage risks, ensure information security, and improve service delivery. Monitor project performance, identify issues, and suggest improvements to the IT governance process. Conduct post-implementation analysis to assess project success and implement continuous improvements. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Production Engineering, or related fields; Postgraduate specialization in project management; Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Knowledge:** SAP, MS Project. Experience in project management. Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies.
