Job Summary: Our antitrust team represents clients in obtaining approval for economic transactions, defending clients in investigations, structuring antitrust compliance programs, and providing competition-related advisory services. Inclusive, respectful, and safe environment with D&I programs Our antitrust team represents domestic and international clients in obtaining approval from the Administrative Council for Economic Defense ("CADE") for economic transactions; defending clients in CADE investigations into anticompetitive conduct; designing antitrust compliance policies and programs; and delivering competition advisory services, including analyzing potential impacts of commercial practices and marketing activities on competition. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in the competition law field will be considered an advantage; * Currently enrolled in a Law undergraduate program (preferably 2nd or 3rd year).
