Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work on database management, model development, data analysis, and dashboard creation, contributing to the company's Data-Driven culture. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in database management and dashboard creation. 2. Knowledge of Big Data, Data Analytics, and data visualization tools. 3. Experience in collecting, processing, and delivering large volumes of data. Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT, Systems Analysis, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience in managing structured and unstructured databases, as well as creating and maintaining dashboards; * Required Knowledge: Big Data and Data Analytics; Data analysis and exploration tools (SAS, SQL, Google, etc.); * Data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.); * Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions (GCP, Azure, OCI, etc.); * Spreadsheets (Excel or Sheets);\- Programming tools (Python, R, TensorFlow, Spark); * Data analysis; * Familiarity with Data Pipelines. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of AI algorithms (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc.); * Experience in Tax Transformation; * Predictive modeling; * Descriptive and inferential statistics; * Agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma; * LGPD. * Embodying the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Preparing reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Proposing improvements to departmental routines and processes; * Populating departmental KPIs; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Providing support to employees on matters related to the department; * Using personal and collective safety equipment when required; * Conducting collection, processing, and delivery of large volumes of structured and unstructured data; * Developing data models to support decision-making; * Identifying trends and patterns in data to improve database structure and generate actionable insights for the organization; * Executing optimal methods for querying, cross-referencing, and presenting data; * Designing the database according to the defined architecture; * Performing database queries as requested; * Conducting statistical and mathematical analyses involving data and analytics, including descriptive and predictive analyses; * Creating and maintaining up-to-date dashboards, reports, and organizational dashboards, as well as guiding and supporting KPI definition; * Contributing to the dissemination of the Data-Driven culture across the company. 2512180202551924671
