This person will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of scalable, sustainable, and high-quality solutions while promoting modern software engineering practices, agile methodologies, and a culture of continuous improvement. As a **Systems Coordinator**, you will play a critical role in processes involving the following responsibilities: **Responsibilities** * Lead and provide technical guidance to development teams, promoting best practices in software engineering. * Ensure appropriate solution architecture with a focus on APIs, microservices, messaging, front\-end, and back\-end. * Act as an enabler in adopting agile practices (Scrum, Kanban), promoting transparency, collaboration, and frequent deliveries. * Implement and maintain software development and quality assurance processes. * Analyze and monitor agile project metrics and software quality metrics. * Promote a DevOps culture, supporting CI/CD pipeline automation and security practices throughout the development lifecycle. * Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units by translating requirements into clear, objective technological solutions. * Support project management through presentations, status reports, scope management, timelines, and risk management. * Encourage innovation and adoption of new technologies to improve efficiency and product quality. * Conduct training, mentoring, and technical feedback sessions to foster the team’s continuous growth. * Ensure documentation, processes, and engineering artifacts are up-to-date and well-structured. **Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in Software Architecture (APIs, Microservices, Messaging, Front\-end, and Back\-end). * Solid knowledge of design patterns, scalability, modularity, security, and software maintenance. * Hands-on experience with software testing (functional, unit, non-functional, acceptance, exploratory). * Knowledge of programming languages and SQL. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management. * Active listening skills, empathy, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. * Experience with tools such as Bitbucket, Jira Software, and Confluence. * Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Ability to prepare presentations and status reports focused on scope and timeline management. * Systemic vision and mindset oriented toward software engineering (documentation, processes, and best practices). **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with functional test automation. * Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) tools. * Interest and practical experience in adopting new technologies and applied innovation.
