Job Summary:
Professional responsible for operating and setting up machines in product manufacturing, inspecting quality, performing adjustments, and maintaining an organized work area, in compliance with regulations and instructions.

Job Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate machines for product manufacturing, as well as feed raw materials;
* Operate the control panel, activate equipment, monitor the process, and make minor adjustments if necessary;
* Remove manufactured components, conduct visual inspections to assess process quality, visually inspect produced parts to identify defects, segregate and discard non-conforming parts or perform rework;
* Clean machines, molds, and the work area, and report any mechanical or electrical issues to the maintenance department;
* Maintain order and cleanliness of the workplace and equipment;
* Follow work instructions defined for the process to be performed.
Requirements:
* Completed High School or Technical Course
* Experience operating machinery
* Experience in Metal-Mechanical Industry
* Experience with 5S Program and standardized work
* NR 12 compliance
* Ability to read technical drawings
* Basic knowledge of TPM (preventive maintenance)
