Talent development and promotion of positive workplace relationships Our client seeks a professional to execute HR processes with employees and managers, ensuring motivation and an organizational climate that supports the achievement of company goals. **Responsibilities:** Provide support and assistance to employees and managers by delivering information and guidance regarding personnel administration, internal procedures, and policies; Review and verify payroll records; Manage recruitment and selection, onboarding, offboarding, vacation processing, and payroll, coordinating with the company’s accounting department on social security and labor-related information required by e\-Social; Monitor the development and implementation of PPRA/PCMSO programs, including mandatory construction-site technical training courses and periodic medical examinations; Conduct new employee onboarding, prepare necessary admission documents, and provide orientation on HR policies and internal procedures; Monitor working hours via electronic timekeeping systems, register medical certificates, and resolve identified discrepancies to ensure data accuracy; Lead employee training and performance evaluation processes, contributing to skill development and providing constructive feedback for improved job performance; Administer job classification, career progression, and compensation policies to organize organizational structure and guide employees on professional growth opportunities; Present and enforce the company’s code of conduct; Promote team integration, social events, collaborative social initiatives, conflict resolution, and positive workplace relationships; **Performance Evaluation and Feedback:** Ability to evaluate employee performance and deliver constructive feedback Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the role; Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or People Management; Relevant experience in Human Resources; Strong interpersonal skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively across different departments; Proactivity; Ethics and respect; Transparency and trustworthiness.
