Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Literate Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Foreman Desired Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of reinforced concrete structure execution in high-standard residential building construction, Familiarity with ISO and PBPQH certifications, Professional commitment and ethics, Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively, Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications, Basic understanding of planning, logistics, and construction systems, Commitment to quality, workplace safety, and environmental preservation, Team management and commitment to site processes, Performing more operational tasks and direct team supervision. What awaits you in your daily work: * Manage the construction schedule, ensuring on-time project execution. * Read, interpret, and ensure implementation of drawings, sketches, and technical specifications. * Control materials, tools, and equipment required for project execution, avoiding waste. * Organize labor teams, whether in-house or outsourced, delegating and monitoring tasks. * Collaborate with engineers to ensure construction complies with project technical requirements. * Guide setup and maintenance of the construction site, promoting organization and workplace safety. * Verify and control delivery of purchased materials to the site. * Ensure all team members comply with workplace safety regulations. * Supervise the use of Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all activities. * Maintain clear and continuous communication with superiors regarding project progress. 2511190202461821235
