Job Summary: Building Maintenance Assistant responsible for inspecting and repairing equipment, as well as providing support in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance. Position: **Building Maintenance Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Inspect equipment operation; * Repair lighting equipment and electrical installations; * Replace lighting equipment, clean hydraulic equipment, clean and replace filters, repair cracks and fissures; * Restore paintwork, repair furniture, replace doors, repair ceilings; * Assist electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance, carpentry, and masonry teams; **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of repairs; tools; building systems; and occupational safety; * Completed elementary education; A **differentiator** will be: * Technical course in building, electrical, or hydraulic maintenance. * Knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration, and building automation systems. * Experience working in building maintenance teams.
