**Your key responsibilities:**

* Diagnose the customer’s situation/problem: Quickly connect via call or Zoom with companies requesting product cancellation, approaching them in a friendly manner to understand their actual situation and the problem prompting the cancellation request;
* Solution proposal: After diagnosis, align customer pain points with how our solution can boost the results of their digital marketing and sales strategy;
* Negotiation: Retention sometimes constitutes a new sale of a product/project; at other times, renegotiating pricing and contractual terms is required;
* End-to-end process organization: Accompany the customer from the initial Cancellation Request moment, support the decision-making process, re-engage them into the cycle, or finalize their contract journey—while maintaining records of interactions, alignments, and qualitative and quantitative information.

**Your key responsibilities:**
* Identify potential customers through qualification and nurturing of marketing-sourced leads;
* Qualification determines whether leads align with ideal customer criteria, evaluating their **a. pain points, b. current situation, c. objectives, d. investments, e. timeline;**
* Provide feedback to Marketing regarding lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to optimize lead generation strategies;
* Use CRM systems (Salesforce) to record historical data, plus other tools to effectively manage and communicate with leads;
* Schedule diagnostic meetings and presentations between qualified leads and Sales Representatives;
**What we’re looking for:**
* Prior experience in pre-sales or sales within tech/SaaS companies;
* Experience implementing multi-product strategies;
* Knowledge of marketing automation tools;
* Familiarity with CRM systems for lead, campaign, and customer communication management;
* Consultative skills grounded in sales techniques and playbooks;
* Practical knowledge of sales methodologies, demonstrating a structured and effective approach (e.g., SPIN Selling);
* Understanding of key sales performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales cycle length, and response rate;
* Ability to deliver high-performance, high-volume results;
* Clear, concise, and persuasive oral and written communication skills;
