Handle quotation and negotiation with suppliers. 2. Conduct consumption analysis and monitor deliveries. 3. Continuously seek cost reduction and process optimization. **Purchasing Analyst** Responsible for managing the entire procurement process for materials, products, and services required for company operations. Handle quotations, negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers to ensure optimal cost-benefit ratio. Perform consumption analysis, manage purchase orders, and monitor deliveries to ensure items are received according to established quality standards and deadlines. Maintain supplier relationships, evaluate supplier performance, and continuously identify new opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization. Also support administrative activities within the department, prepare reports, and keep internal system records up to date.
