If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you! **Scope of Work:** * Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, including construction materials, service contracts, and indirect purchases. * Strategically conduct critical analysis of requisitions to ensure alignment with requirements. * Manage quotation, negotiation, and proposal evaluation (bid maps) processes, as well as formalize purchase orders and contracts within the system. * Adhere to internal procedures and policies, ensuring optimal cost-benefit ratios and adherence to project timelines. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or Logistics. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Cost Engineering. * Experience: Prior experience in procurement within the Construction industry. **Competencies:** * ERP Sienge proficiency: Solid experience managing Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and contract formalization. * Technical Engineering knowledge: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. * Negotiation Techniques and Strategic Sourcing: Mastery of negotiation methodologies, technical and commercial proposal evaluation, and supplier qualification. * Cost Analysis: Ability to review budget spreadsheets and identify cost-saving opportunities (savings). * Resilience. * Problem-solving orientation. * Critical thinking and attention to detail. * Assertive communication. * Adaptability. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Birthday leave; * Fruit day.
