Issuing, reconciling, and tracking orders placed through the company’s sales platforms; . Updating order information with the logistics department; . Participating in product image editing for digital marketing campaigns using CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Illustrator; . Proposing new ideas to enhance product sales, digital marketing campaigns, and other e-commerce-related activities; . Ensuring the proper functioning of the website; . Addressing customer inquiries regarding products on sales platforms, via email, phone, and social media; . Managing online sales routines, including product registration, listing adjustments, pricing, and promotions; . Monitoring, managing, and analyzing marketing and sales reports and KPIs, as well as performance results; .
