A real estate company that transforms dreams into reality by creating unique spaces that inspire and leave a lasting legacy is hiring a Systems Manager & Data Analyst for on-site work in the center of Florianópolis. **Responsibilities** * Structure and lead the Innovation and Data Department at Cena Empreendimentos. * Manage, integrate, and optimize marketing, sales, and relationship management systems. * Develop and enhance managerial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses. * Build Business Intelligence (BI) analyses using spreadsheets and data tools. * Structure and manage RD Station as the central marketing data hub. * Create and maintain: * Marketing funnels * Lead segmentation * Database cleansing and organization * Analyze campaign data, lead behavior, and customer journey. * Support the marketing and sales teams with strategic, data-driven insights. * Propose continuous improvements to processes, automations, and information flows. * Ensure data reliability, timeliness, and standardization across the company. **Mandatory Requirements** * Full and proven expertise in RD Station (mandatory). * Experience structuring marketing data. * Advanced spreadsheet proficiency (Excel or Google Sheets) for BI and analysis. * Experience creating managerial reports and dashboards.
