Job Summary: Develop technical drawings and designs for the special projects line of Thermal Reservoirs, involving 3D modeling, data management, production interface, and documentation. Continuous Improvement and Production Interface ***Job Mission:*** Develop technical drawings and designs for the special projects line \- Thermal Reservoirs. ***Responsibilities:*** 1\. 3D Development and Modeling: * **Part Modeling:** Create 3D models of components (reservoirs, supports, fittings, collector boxes). * **Assemblies:** Group parts within the software to verify proper fit or detect physical interferences. * **Technical Detailing (2D):** Generate production drawing sheets, including dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes, and welding symbols. 2\. Data Management and Bill of Materials (BOM): * **BOM Creation:** Specify each required item (quantity of rivets, meters of copper tubing, thermal insulation, bolts). * **ERP Entry:** Input part codes and product structures into the company's ERP system. * **Standardization:** Ensure common items (e.g., bolts and nuts) are standardized to avoid excessive variety in inventory. 3\. Production and Process Interface * **Manufacturing File Preparation:** Generate files for laser/plasma cutting or files to be used directly by production. * **Prototype Monitoring:** Visit the factory floor to observe assembly of the first unit of a new project to identify assembly difficulties. * **Continuous Improvement:** Gather feedback from welders or operators regarding current project challenges and propose design changes to facilitate manufacturing (cost reduction). 4\. Documentation and Quality * **Technical Manuals:** Assist in creating drawings for solar system installation manuals. * **Revision Control:** Ensure production uses the latest drawing version to prevent manufacture of outdated or incorrect parts. * **Sample Requests:** Request and test supplier components (e.g., a new valve or a new type of glass for the collector). ***Prerequisites:*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Civil, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field); Proficiency in SolidWorks; Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standard; Interpersonal skills; Proactivity; Flexibility. ***We Offer:*** * On-site cafeteria; * Group Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance – with 6% salary deduction; * Health and Dental Plan \- effective after probationary period; * Partnerships with SESI, SESC, CDL, and AEMFLO; * Performance-based incentive program. **On-site position in São José \- SC** **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:48, with 1-hour break** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
