Job Summary: This Youth Apprentice Program offers rotations across multiple departments of the cooperative to support professional development and vocational identification. Key Highlights: 1. Youth Apprentice Rotation Program to gain exposure to various departments 2. Mentorship by a Sponsor/Mentor during each rotation 3. Performance evaluation and apprentice-focused integration Description: * High school student; * Enrolled in morning-shift schooling; * Demonstrated eagerness to learn; * Available to work from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday); * Available for on-site work in Coqueiros. You will join the Youth Apprentice Rotation Program. This program aims to provide insight into various operational areas of the cooperative, enabling youth to identify the department most aligned with their professional future. This aligns with the Cooperative’s mission to develop young talent currently working with us. What does this Rotation Program include? * You will rotate among departments every three months; * During each rotation, you will be assigned a Sponsor/Mentor who will guide and support you; * You will conduct and receive a performance evaluation at the end of each rotation; * The program also includes dedicated integration activities for apprentices. Departments you will rotate through: * Administrative and Finance; * Digital PA (Commercial); * Products and Business; * Cooperative Member Relations. Your responsibilities will include: * Inventory control; * Incident/ticket handling; * Courier services; * Quotation requests for departments; * Promotional items; * Support in departmental spreadsheet management; * Operational support to PAs regarding products; * Operational support in tracking pending tasks; * Assistance in updating internal materials. 2511010202241353763
