For our client — a solid and growing industrial company — we seek a **Laser Cutting Machine Operator**, to directly operate equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity in the processes. ### **Work Location:** **Fazenda Santo Antônio – São José/SC** ### **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (business hours) ### **Salary and Benefits:** **Salary:** R$ 3.000,00 **Fuel Allowance:** R$ 300,00 **Meal Voucher:** R$ 340,00 ### **About the Position:** We seek a committed, responsible, and detail-oriented professional with experience operating **laser cutting machines** and knowledge of industrial processes. It is essential that the candidate maintains an organized demeanor, focuses on quality and safety, and possesses the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a production environment. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Proven experience as a Laser Cutting Machine Operator * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings * **Must be able to operate a forklift** * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Forklift operator training course * Experience in a metallurgical industrial environment * Basic machine maintenance knowledge * Experience with quality control and part measurement ### **Responsibilities:** * Operate laser cutting machine according to production orders * Adjust cutting parameters based on material and project specifications * Perform setup, inspection, and release of produced parts * Operate forklift for material and sheet metal handling * Ensure cut parts meet technical specifications for quality * Maintain machine, tools, and workplace in good condition * Comply with safety, quality, and internal procedural standards * Support related activities as required by production needs Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
