Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving and inspecting materials, managing inventory, supporting equipment logistics, collaborating with the procurement department, maintaining site organization, and supervising safety on site. Focus on organization and safety * **Receiving and Inspection:** Receive materials on site, verifying quantities and specifications against invoices and purchase orders. * **Inventory Management:** Monitor the inflow and outflow of supplies, keeping the warehouse organized and maintaining up-to-date records in spreadsheets or management systems. * **Equipment Logistics:** Assist in the movement and control of machinery and tools between different work fronts or company units. * **Procurement Support:** Collaborate in quantifying requirements for new orders and perform basic supplier quotations when necessary. * **Organization and Inventory:** Conduct periodic inventories to prevent material loss or misplacement at the construction site. * **Safety:** Supervise proper use of PPE by site personnel.
