If you are passionate about **technology, innovation, and leadership**, this opportunity is for you! ### **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS \- Reside in or be available to work in the Rio Tavares neighborhood — Southern Region of Florianópolis/SC** * Minimum 2 years of experience in expedition or logistics departments. * Proficiency in team management and personnel training. * Execution agility and focus on data analysis (KPIs and reports). * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). * Preferred: Completed undergraduate degree. * Availability to work in the Rio Tavares neighborhood, Florianópolis ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Monitoring of calendar and expedition activities * Responsible for analyzing productivity, operational efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the expedition area. * Coordinating the expedition team and training new expedition staff. * Receiving and inspecting goods at the Distribution Center (DC) * Dispatching goods * Responsible for all warehouse organization and inventory control at the Distribution Center (DC). * Conducting cyclic inventories * Managing Returns (RMA) * Establishing and monitoring **performance indicators** for assigned areas. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * **Work model:** On-site — Franchisor Headquarters (Florianópolis/SC); * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours from 08:30 to 18:18 (1-hour lunch break); * **Benefits:** * **Unimed Empresarial** Health Plan * Dental Plan; * **Pharmacy Benefit**; * **Transportation Allowance** or **Parking**. ### **GROW WITH US!** Minimum Education: Undergraduate Degree * Transportation Allowance * Parking * Medical Assistance
