You will serve as a key contributor to the continuity and organization of the team’s financial operations, ensuring rigorous control over payments, forecasting, and provisioning, while directly collaborating with departments such as controller and treasury to maintain operational excellence. **Your key responsibilities:** * Execute monthly vendor payments for engineering with precision and within established deadlines; * Perform weekly forecasting and monthly provisioning to ensure accurate accounting of engineering costs; * Review and validate invoices and bills, ensuring compliance with active contracts; * Maintain organized records of operational processes and identify discrepancies for correction; * Propose continuous process improvements to increase team operational efficiency and control. **Profile we seek:** * Practical knowledge of Office Suite, especially Sheets/Excel; * Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Looker Studio; * Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and adaptively, bridging diverse contexts and departments; * Organizational skills, focus, and proactivity to work collaboratively and pursue constant development; * Prior experience in roles related to technology, customer service, finance, or administration. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience and interest in areas such as finance, customer service, operations, and/or technology; * Basic SQL knowledge; * History of working in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments; * Ability to propose innovative solutions for operational processes. **Selection process stages:** * **Application** \- Submission of application; * **DigAí Interview** \- Initial conversation with our Artificial Intelligence tool; * **Mindsight** – Work style assessment; * **Talent Acquisition** \- Competency-based interview with the recruitment team; * **Technical Challenge** – Technical skills evaluation test; * **Technical Interview** \- Technical interview to discuss role requirements; * **Final Interview** \- Final discussion with management for alignment; * **Offer** \- Final stage of the selection process, presenting the job offer. **Note:** Additional or modified stages may apply, depending on process needs.
