So, are you up for this challenge? **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide service to cooperative members via the official chat platform; * Deliver initial support and route requests to responsible departments; * Monitor response times and service deadlines; * Assist cooperative members with inquiries regarding products, services, and digital channels; * Support PAs (Personal Assistants) in the digital service workflow; * Record and organize information and requests from interactions; * Ensure courteous, clear, and prompt communication; * Support continuous improvement of the cooperative member experience in digital service. **Requirements:** * Strong written communication skills; * Typing speed and proficiency in digital communication; * Courtesy and empathy in service delivery; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficiency with technology and systems; * Patient, collaborative, and proactive attitude; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Interest in learning about cooperativism and customer relationship management.
