Job Summary: Manage all phases of electrical engineering construction projects, supervise teams, and ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience coordinating electrical engineering construction projects. Manage all project phases: design review, budgeting, planning, execution, personnel coordination, procurement requests, cost control, progress tracking, and delivery. * Supervise technical teams, assistants, and other staff. * Direct on-site operational requirements. * Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources. * Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and service providers. * Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety regulations (NRs). * Prepare progress reports and performance indicators. * Implement process improvements in project management and execution. * Willingness to travel as required. * Safeguard company assets and uphold commercial ethics.
