Focus on low-voltage and medium-voltage electrical installations **Construction Supervisor \- Electrical Engineer** **Responsibilities:** Coordinate construction projects, conduct on-site visits, perform surveys and reporting, interpret electrical design drawings; Prepare material lists specifying electrical components. Control procurement and distribution of materials to construction sites. Survey materials required for general procurement; Supervise third-party labor companies executing construction works; Research and negotiate with suppliers to secure better pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms; Monitor delivery schedules, quality, and regulatory compliance of construction works; Support operational management and field teams; Ensure timely supply of construction sites according to the project schedule. **Preferred Qualification:** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. **Mandatory Requirement:** Experience in construction projects and low-voltage/medium-voltage electrical installations; proficiency in reading electrical design drawings and general knowledge of electrical materials; **Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication; organizational ability; negotiation and persuasion skills; agility in problem resolution; teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration; analytical mindset for cost and timeline comparisons. **Knowledge:** Practical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; **Employment Type:** CLT (formal employment contract) **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30–6:00 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30–5:00 PM; (Note: Availability for overtime and Saturday work when required). **Gross Monthly Salary:** R$6\.500,00 **Benefits:** * Life insurance **Relocation Costs Covered by Company:** * Vehicle; * Accommodation; * Meals.
