Collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth Job Description: **Job Description – Driver Assistant** The **Família de Minas Frozen Food Industry**, a traditional company manufacturing semi\-artisanal **cheese bread**, is hiring a **Driver Assistant** to join its team in **Florianópolis**. The professional will support the driver throughout all delivery stages, ensuring orders reach customers with quality, punctuality, and courtesy. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * From **7:30 AM to 4:48 PM** **Responsibilities:** * Assist the driver during cargo deliveries; * Perform loading and unloading of products, ensuring care and organization; * Verify orders and assist in controlling invoices and delivery receipts; * Support vehicle organization and order sorting; * Treat customers with courtesy and respect, effectively representing the company; * Pay close attention to details to prevent errors and rework; * Adhere to scheduled hours and support the driver in completing the delivery route. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in deliveries, logistics, or similar roles is a plus; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment; * Ability to work in a team and willingness to perform physical tasks (loading and unloading); * Attention to detail and organizational skills; **Benefits:** * **Meal allowance** or food voucher to support meal expenses; * **Transportation allowance** for commuting to the workplace; * Collaborative work environment and opportunities for growth.
