Attention: * Benefits listed apply to Brasília; they may vary in other regions; * Eligibility for certain benefits depends on minimum tenure with the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate technical processes and activities across departments based on corporate standards and practices; * Conduct critical analysis of results and present indicators to management; * Develop new projects; * Manage the operational technical core and hospital technical core, including personnel management; * Manage the quality management area, including personnel management, non-conformance processes, audits, documentation, and other related tasks; * Manage the procurement area, including: personnel management; purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies; * Manage personnel in the departments under coordination, including: monitoring attendance, vacations, absences, and medical certificates; providing respectful feedback; fostering team autonomy; selecting and training employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedicine or Pharmacy/Biochemistry; * MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and/or Quality Management is desirable; * Training as an Internal Auditor under PALC standards is desirable (a major advantage); * Experience in team management / commercial vision and indicator management; * Experience in the technical field; * Prior experience in the healthcare sector (a major advantage); * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office applications and managerial reporting. **Additional Information** **Documentation** Applicant, please note that upon successful completion of the selection process, the following documents will be required for potential hiring: identified and updated vaccination card showing the following vaccines: 2 doses of MMR, Diphtheria (DT), Yellow Fever (YF), 1st, 2nd, and 3rd doses of Hepatitis B, and 1st and 2nd doses of COVID-19; birth or marriage certificate; ID (RG); CPF; voter registration card; work card (CTPS); PIS number; proof of minimum educational qualification required for this position; proof of residence with ZIP code; military service certificate or enlistment certificate (for males over 18 years old), plus any other position-specific documents. **Observations** * We carefully and thoughtfully review all profiles.
