**Main Responsibilities:**
* Gather project requirements from internal departments (production, sales, after-sales) and translate them into technical specifications;
* Develop and detail mechanical and hydraulic projects for vessels, including water, sewage, and associated structural systems;
* Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using **Rhinoceros and SolidWorks**;
* Size mechanical and hydraulic systems to ensure performance, safety, and application feasibility;
* Develop and review technical layouts, product structures, and bills of materials (BOM);
* Define technical specifications for new components, materials, and suppliers;
* Analyze project compatibility with production processes and shipyard infrastructure;
* Monitor manufacturing, assembly, and testing of developed systems;
* Participate in technical validation and approval of new projects and components;
* Identify failures and propose continuous improvements to products and processes;
* Collaborate with Procurement and Controller departments on project cost analysis;
* Prepare technical reports and metrics to support decision-making;
* Ensure projects comply with technical standards (ABNT, ABYC, ISO, RINA);
* Support supplier development and selection of new technical partners;
* Serve as the technical reference for questions related to vessel mechanical and hydraulic systems;
* Monitor warranty claims and propose technical solutions;
* Participate in new product development and improvements to existing product lines;
* Manage technical documentation and maintain project updates;
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience in mechanical and/or hydraulic project development;
* Knowledge of hydraulic systems (water, sewage, pressurization);
* Experience in technical drawing development and 3D modeling;
* Proficiency in **Rhinoceros and SolidWorks**;
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
* Experience with product structure (BOM) and industrial processes;
* Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT, ISO, or similar);
* Analytical, organized profile with strong problem-solving skills;
* Good communication skills and ability to interface effectively across departments;
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in the nautical or automotive sector;
* Knowledge of vessel manufacturing processes (fiberglass, assembly);
