As a Training Instructor at IMAGEM TELECOM (TIM), your mission will be to train our teams (sales, customer service, or partners) to deliver the best experience to our customers. Your Responsibilities **Training:** Deliver in-person/online, technical/behavioral training for new hires and refresher sessions for experienced staff. **Content:** Adapt and create instructional materials (presentations, interactive activities, videos) aligned with company guidelines. **Products and Services:** Keep teams updated on plans, new device launches, value-added services (VAS), and internal systems. **Follow-up:** Conduct post-training monitoring and measure effectiveness of initiatives using performance and sales KPIs. **Culture:** Promote TIM’s values, emphasizing ethics, innovation, and customer focus. ️ What We’re Looking For (Requirements) **Experience:** Prior experience in Training & Development (T\&D) or as a Trainer/Multiplier. **Industry:** Experience in Telecommunications or Retail is a strong advantage. **Skills:** Excellent oral communication and teaching ability, plus proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.). **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Administration, HR, Marketing, or related fields).
