Job Summary:
Quality Control Inspector II to perform receiving activities, including testing, analysis, and non-conformance management, as well as monitoring measuring instruments and supporting quality control.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, with a 01:00 lunch break.

Temporary position.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Perform functional, dimensional, electronic/mechanical tests and visual inspections; record quality control data; identify non-conforming products; and support analysis and reuse where applicable;
* Transfer products within specified limits to FC001 inventory and finished goods dispatch;
* Release products/components/inspection forms following internal record control procedures;
* Prepare/monitor visual and physical standards in the information system;
* Trace non-conformities in the process, assess their scope across production, conduct on-site follow-up, and prevent use of non-conforming components;
* Record supplier non-conformities (SAC/RNC/CEP), identify out-of-spec materials, and initiate corrective and/or containment actions;
* Manage and control FC005 product inventory, maintaining defined targets;
* Manage FC006 inventory in SAP versus physical stock;
* Meet area performance indicators;
* Monitor status of measuring instruments, JIGs, and reference standards;
* Support quality control (receiving, production line, and calibration);
* Implement and maintain 5S in the workplace;
* Prepare, review, and control Quality Management System (SGQ) documents;
* Conduct job-related training for new employees, guiding them on proper use of work instructions and correct completion of records;
* Create Form F057 as defined in drawings and/or control plans within the system;
* Release finished products.
**Basic Requirements**
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in Word and Excel;
* Intermediate metrology knowledge;
* Technical drawing interpretation skills;
* ISO 9001 knowledge;
* MASP / 8D (or similar tool);
* Minimum 1 year of experience in quality.
**Desirable Requirements**
* Quality Inspector certification;
* Advanced metrology knowledge;
* ISO 13485 knowledge;
* Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in Quality, Engineering, or related field;
* Core Tools (MSA, CEP, APQP, PPAP, FMEA);
Office Suite proficiency
Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
