We seek a highly responsible and courteous individual to serve as our business’s calling card, ensuring that the customer experience is agile, safe, and courteous from arrival through departure. **YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Customer Reception:** Greet customers warmly and promptly, issuing and delivering parking tickets efficiently. * **Safe Maneuvering:** Drive and maneuver vehicles of various sizes with maximum care, attention, and adherence to safety regulations. * **Yard Organization:** Manage entry and exit flow, strategically organizing vehicles to optimize space and prevent congestion. * **Cashier Operations:** Process ticket payments to authorize customer departures. * **Financial Transactions:** Operate card machines, accept cash payments, handle change accurately, and perform daily cash reconciliation and closing. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education. * Prior verifiable experience as a Parking Operator. * Familiarity with and proficiency in using card machines, billing routines, and handling cash/change. * Basic knowledge of parking automation systems. * Professional demeanor, courtesy, clear diction, and strong communication skills for effective customer interaction. **WORK SCHEDULE** * **Monday to Thursday:** 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Friday:** 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Saturday:** 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE** * **Fixed Remuneration:** R$ 2.074,73. * **Employment Type:** CLT (permanent). * **Active Benefits:** + Profit and Results Sharing (PLR) + Transportation Allowance + Food Basket + Monthly Performance Bonus (recognition program rewarding outstanding work).
