This role aims to strengthen relationships with customers and partners, contributing to Garrafaria Distribuidora’s visibility and reputation in the market. Proactivity, strong communication skills, and teamwork capabilities are essential. * Responsibilities: * Plan promotional and institutional events aligned with company strategies and customer needs. * Coordinate event logistics—including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling—to ensure flawless execution. * Develop and manage event budgets, assuming responsibility for expenditures, forecasting, and cost control. * Collaborate with other teams and departments to foster cooperation and information sharing for successful event delivery. * Evaluate the impact of completed events by collecting feedback and proposing continuous improvements for future initiatives. * Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of event planning and execution, including familiarity with logistical and budgetary requirements. * Interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders—from customers to vendors. * Creative and effective problem-solving abilities to ensure events proceed as planned. * Proficiency in computer tools and event management software. * Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Event Management. * Professional experience: Prior experience organizing events is desirable—even if gained through internships or academic projects—that helps develop relevant competencies for this role.
