At **Oxy Group**, our purpose is to deliver value and excellence in customized solutions for all individuals and companies we impact**.** To achieve this, we respect diversity, operate with an owner's mindset, prioritize quality, and strive to provide the best for our employees, suppliers, and customers **ALWAYS!** **What will be your responsibilities?** * Prepare, consolidate, and analyze managerial (SIG) reports on financial and operational performance. * Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, margins, costs, and * results. * Support the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of the company’s annual budget. * Monitor and analyze variances among actual results, budget, and prior periods, identifying deviations and supporting root-cause analysis. * Consolidate and process financial and operational information from various departments across the company. * Support monthly managerial closing by consolidating information and result reports. * Conduct profitability and margin analyses by product, customer, business unit, or sales channel. * Support the preparation of financial forecasts and periodic forecast revisions. * Update and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and managerial reports used by the department. * Support improvements and automation of financial reports and indicators, applying analytical tools where * applicable. * Operate in compliance with internal policies, controller procedures, and financial management guidelines. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences or Business Administration. * Minimum 5 years of experience in controller services, financial analysis, or related areas. * Advanced Excel proficiency, accounting standards, performance indicators (KPIs), financial indicators, and results analysis, budgeting and variance analysis, * Basic SQL knowledge (desirable), * Basic Power BI knowledge (desirable). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: until 17:00. 100% on-site \- 01 remote day per week.
