Your contributions will help build a healthier world—for you and millions of people globally. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We’re hiring a **Finance Analyst** to join our **Business Transformation** team in **São Paulo!** The Finance Analyst is responsible for executing and monitoring the end-to-end finance cycle. This role combines operational functions in Treasury and Accounting (Monthly Close) with strategic functions in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including developing accurate revenue and cost forecasts. The primary objective is to ensure the accuracy of financial records and deliver actionable data analysis to support management decisions. **YOUR IMPACT** * **Closing Operations:** Actively participate in the monthly financial and accounting closing process. * **Reconciliations:** Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyze P&L accounts to ensure data integrity and compliance with accounting standards (Accrual Basis). * Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). * **Budgeting and Forecasting:** Support the development of the Annual Budget and periodic Forecast updates. * **Variance Analysis:** Prepare the "Actual vs. Budget" report, analyzing variances in Revenue, COGS, and Operating Expenses (OPEX), providing commentary on key drivers. * **Reporting:** Prepare managerial financial statements (P&L, Indirect Cash Flow Statement, and Balance Sheet) for executive review. * **KPI Management:** Develop and update key financial performance indicators (e.g., EBITDA, Gross Margin, DSO, Delinquency Ratios). * *Live the mission: inspire and empower others by prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues. Create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable caring for themselves and finding balance between work and personal life.* **WHO YOU ARE** * Reside in São Paulo with availability to attend the office when required. * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in financial operations, specifically in Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and taxes. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF), Pivot Tables, and building simple reports. * Experience issuing Fiscal Invoices (Goods and Services) and basic understanding of tax withholdings (ISS, IRRF, PIS/COFINS) to ensure process accuracy. * Active participation in the monthly financial closing process, performing bank and AR reconciliations to ensure data accuracy. * Preparation of monthly financial reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. * Support in analyzing Budget vs. Actual results, identifying variances, and delivering insights on revenues and expenses. * Support leadership with on-demand financial analyses and KPI tracking to monitor business performance. * A proactive and accountable professional with fast learning ability, strong analytical skills, agility in adapting to changing scenarios, and capacity to deliver deep insights.
